Plots in Zámecké zahrady (Castle Gardens) are currently for sale.

Prague, lying nearby, makes one feel that whole streets and neighbourhoods will soon come to life here. Zámecké zahrady is a place where country living takes on an entirely new dimension – in cooperation with leading architect Barbora Skorpilová, newly emerging streets were planned as design spaces, with avenues of trees on both sides of the street, interesting lighting features, large decorative flower pots, raised crossroads and speed bumps for slowing down cars driving in the residential zone. The land parcels can be developed according to your own house projects (according to land-use plan regulations so as not to disturb the panoramic relief of the village) or you can use our selection of design villas. Modern family houses are from the workshop of Michal Žáček of Atelier 2 architectonic studio and Ian Bryan Architects, the renowned architectonic office.
It is with this vision that we created these particular building plots. Prague, within 15 minutes of driving distance, provides sufficient work opportunities; Beroun‘s surroundings offer unspoilt nature, privacy and peace sought after by people tired of the hectic pace of the big city.
Electricity, water and gas mains and sanitary sewers lead to the plots. Streets are constructed in the residential zones with pavements and lighting, and each street is separated from the plots of land by a grass-covered parkway, adjacent to the pavement, with the plot behind, in order to preserve the overall concept of the project – a modern municipality full of verdure and space.
The existing municipality Vysoký Újezd, with its town hall, post office, kindergarten and school, will still be the core of the development. The planned reconstruction of the original manor house and park will be part of the modernization, creating a natural centre of the municipality with extended public utilities.
